“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” – Benjamin Franklin

WHO WE ARE

Partnering to build a skilled youth population that is ready for the Labor Market

Of Africa’s nearly 420 million youth aged 15-35, one-third are unemployed and discouraged, another third are vulnerably employed, and only one in six is in wage employment. If properly harnessed, the large working-age population could support increased productivity and stronger, more inclusive economic growth across the continent. (African Development Bank)

We aim to improve access to knowledge and skills relevant to the key economic sectors such as Agriculture, Industrialization, and ICT so as to enable the youth to get employment or start businesses. We also partner with other organizations to meet the youth where they are, be it in Schools, Orphanages, or the local community Center during weekends, and bring the training to them.
